Daily musings #595 - Thursday, 8 September 2022
There are days when there are events in your life that will surely trigger memories in future years when you look back. And today is one such day. And here are five possible things that would:
A quiet time drinking a fantastic cup of no-sugar vanilla decaf grande latte at Spot Coffee along with a few bites of mocha brownie cake shared and the time spent with my daughter.
A visit across the border to the US after nearly three years of travel starvation, induced and sustained by the COVID pandemic. And being forced to use the ArriveCan app for the first time.
Bought a brand new LG washer and dryer to replace our failed washer. After 13 glorious years, it was their (Samsung made Kenmore pair) time to go. We thank them for their service - Marie Kondo style.
I received confirmation that I was picked to speak at the LeSS - Large Scale Scrum conference in Warsaw in two weeks. Now I have to finish that presentation and dialogue material.
And then in other news that marks today, the Queen died. But that you probably know.
All-in-all, a day of events for memory keepsakes.
