The 21st-century younger generation is bolder than ever before. And they are brought together by the digital technologies that they were born into and grew up with. Decades ago, in the pre-internet and early internet-era social connections were still made physically, but now the world has truly changed to one that enables even the youngest to come together for causes - some extremely important and sometimes for trivial ones.

Recently, it was lovely to watch Greta Thunberg take on world leaders including Boris Johnson with her “Blah, Blah, blah” speech on climate change. It is wonderful to see the courage exhibited and I wish I could borrow some of this for the change work I do. These youngsters are great role models to learn from, emulate, and steal from if only we have the courage to do so.
