Winter months are tough. And with the recent renovation work going on, keeping my routine had been a struggle. My general average exercise was at least three times a week and sometimes more. I also averaged more than 7-8000 steps a day at least 5 days a week. Recently this pattern was dropping and I even reduced my exercise to two a week in order not to break the chain.
Finally this week I threw in the towel. Both my walking and exercise chains broke this week. And it was certainly a disappointment. The last time the chain broke was in April of last year when I had my bypass surgery. However, just like a countless number of restarts of several things in life, I shall restart the chain all over again next week. Because there is no giving up. Ever.
