Confidence isn’t thinking you’re better than anyone else, it’s realizing that you have no reason to compare yourself to anyone else.
— Maryam Hasnaa
There is a thin line between confidence and foolhardiness. Continually validate on which side of the line one is. Humans being an ego-centric design, it is often hard to determine which side one is on. Therefore, one needs to constantly validate to themselves that they are indeed confident for the right reasons and the right things, whatever their definition of right might be. We might be truly blinded by our perspectives or because of the perspectives that we are not aware of or look from.
Remember that you are on a journey that is uniquely yours. Therefore, strive to be a constant better version of yourself without getting stuck in complacency. It is a constant balancing act on a tight rope walk.
