The eating and craving challenges continue in my life. It has been a week since I got back from my travels. My sleep is slowly settling down and my jet lag is waning. I find that I have been eating more calories than required several times in the last week.
Reflecting on intake I was thinking about my airline meals. Each of these meals were controlled calories and I was just fine at the end of it. And also I did not eat all of what was served, only what I wanted or liked to eat. So therein lies some of the answers to my cravings. Meal sizes. The availability of large quantities of food leads to eating large quantities of food. So, if I can serve myself the smallest possible quantities to eat and stop with it, perhaps there is some salvation to my cravings and eating problems.
