Yesterday’s thoughts on attitude got me thinking. If “Attitude is innate”, what is a human?
I kind of thought of a recipe…
One dollop of genetics that bakes in some innate attitude; and limits several aspects of our design;
several thousand dollops of influences from people, environment, experiences to learn from, and things we know;
zillions of things that we don’t know;
a combination of the above leading some kind of continous sprinkling of action in different contexts that lead to learning and practice;
and inaction and non-action in several other contexts;
add in billions of interactions with other humans with chokeful of biases and judgement without any real data
mix it is up with a liberal dose of reality and randomness; and us adapting around those constantly;
and that is a human life…
