The brain is a marvelous organ and like every other part of the body, it degrades in its own way to end of life. A couple of days ago, I saw a video for the album “Love for sale” - a joint production that Lady Gaga is doing along with Tony Bennett as a tribute.
Tony is 95 years old and suffering from Alzheimer’s and from various reports I read had difficulty during the recording to remember things. Like why he was there in the studio. Or who Lady Gaga was. Or why was he performing with her or taking photographs along with her and so forth?
But, when the music came on, all bets were off and the songs came back from the portion of the brain that has been trained lifelong to exhibit his talent and it was wonderful to watch and listen to the song.
I am happy to share this very enjoyable moment with you.
