As I write each day, I now go back and look at what I was writing one year ago. And it helps me to think about whether I actually made sense to myself on what I had written. It is an interesting venture and it certainly teaches me a lot about me. And I shall continue to do this.
Recently in one of the meetup groups, a participant was talking about a similar concept for daily journaling called the “One Line A Day: A Five-Year Memory Book“ - one writes a daily journal, and then when you start the second year you come back to the original day page to write the second section and so forth for five years. This way you get to read what you were doing that day up to 4 previous years. An interesting concept indeed.
One of my posts a year ago was "We are all super-heroes - one time or another”
While looking for a photo to include in today’s post, I found the lovely one that I used above. And I wanted to recap the message in it, so as to reinforce it. I shall leave you with that message…
One year ago today you were worried about lots of stuff that you now cant remember.
