Take away your opinion, and then there is taken away the complaint, “I have been harmed.”

What a wonderful sentiment. We often hurt ourselves with our opinions. Remove the opinions, remove the hurt. Most of our misery is imagined and self-created. If only we had the strength to look beyond them and help ourselves.
