Fitbit introduced a new premium feature called Sleep Profiles. And they classify users based on their minimum 14-day sleep data into various animal categories for each month. And mine was a tortoise for last month.
And now this begs me to see how I can experiment with it. I am going to see whether I can change the sleep animal profile by changing my sleep habits. The goal is to move from a tortoise to a bear or a parrot to see whether I can actually influence my sleep to mirror those patterns over time. Watch this space for updates.
