Small moves. Big Payoffs. Needs beta testers
Muse #166 - expanding my writing to beyond "musings"
I have been writing each day for nearly six months. These end up being a random collection of thoughts, things that drive my curiosity, interpretations on how I look at my world, my personal health, etc.
But I have been always talking about expanding sharing my perspectives and using my writing skills for something more concrete. Like making a living for instance. Not from the writing itself per se, but use it as a medium to articulate my work, what I stand for, and what I go to market with.
I have built up a beta site for the last few weeks writing some trial articles each and every day. And now I ask for your help. I am looking for people to try out my site and provide active feedback. It does have posts and a newsletter right now, but I am working to add the capability to post comments soon. Built using Ghost Pro 4.0, which is a tool that provides a modern web-based platform for blogs, newsletters, monetized content (like Patreon), and more.
The theme and premise of my work are very simple. In varying contexts, how do organizations make the smallest move that leads to the biggest payoffs? Covering topics from Strategy, Coaching, Product Management, Methods, Frameworks, Tools, Finance, Budgeting, Teams and Teamwork, and many more areas. Soon, the writing will be substantiated by YouTube videos, Meetups and Events, Lean Coffee sessions, Podcasts, and much more.

I am extremely thankful for the silent partnership that I have received from you so far in my journey. Your support of my new endeavor is very much appreciated.
