You will be surprised by where one can find motivators around you. The title picture is not mine. It is from my mother-in-law who is 75 years old. And became very active when we gave her a pass-me-down Fitbit when my wife got a new one.

It is even more motivating when one realizes that she does not even leave the house as the weather is not kind enough for her to step outside. All the walking and steps and activity happen within the confines of the home. It shows commitment, resilience, and adaptiveness as one learns to adapt to whatever circumstances that one is stuck in. In spite of any limitations and constraints which are always there in life.
