A small area on the right of the parking lot allows the car in the last slot to back out

It is always the little considerations. The ones that you don’t know until you know that you need them. That is what designing for usability is about.

It is like the small area on the right of the parking lot shown in the above caption photo that allows the car in the slot parking slot to back out. It shows a touch of design thinking that addresses the usability in that situation.

Until an extra car comes there and illegally parks it there considering it as a parking position and making it difficult for everyone to use the lot. They ignore the fact that this spot has been made deliberately smaller than what is required to park a car so that no one would park in it. But then again, there is no end to human stupidity or deliberate taking advantage when they shouldn’t.
