Need I say more. Yet, people still believe that there is a common understanding and these things mean the same to all around them. People make meaning out of them. And then, they continue to live and perpetuate that fallacy of thinking with no validation of it. Interestingly in the organization change that I do work in, the words are interpreted by people in their own way. Words have no meaning by themselves.
